Why
Does My Weight Loss Program Work When Others Don't?
There are some outrageous
charlatans out there that make really wild claims about the amount
of weight you can lose. We've all seen headlines like this:
"Lose
20 Pounds of Fat in 10 Days Without Trying!"
If
you've ever tried any of these so-called miracle products or programs
you'll already know what I am going to tell you.
They don't work. Period.
They
can't work because it is virtually impossible to lose much more
than two or three pounds of fat in one week. Any weight loss above
this is only water and will be regained almost immediately.

Found It Really Easy"
I found your diet
web page in May this year - I think I've been looking for
it for the last 10 years!!. I'm 30, 5'7" and was nearly
200 pounds. I read everything and then started it, I found
it really easy and have lost 22 pounds so far, with a holiday
in between as well. I am so happy, I haven't been this weight
since about 1994/5. So, I'm halfway to my goal and I'm going
to do it, your case histories and blunt advice have been great,
just what I needed. I have to admit I used to be addicted
to the weighing scales and had mood swings depending on what
they said. I'm now fully cured and weigh once a week - haha.
